how long do you have to have quit smoking cigarettes in order to have a safe breast enhancement surgery.?

Does anyone recommend a good board certified plastic surgeon. I live in Tampa Bay and is willing to do much research. Has anyone had good results in the area or Sarasota area? or all of the top plastic surgeons in the Miami area? about an hour just is not secure one I live in Austin, so no help in this area. But I smoked, and was told I had to stop for at least three months, but six would be better. I have now stopped for 6 months, so I'll go back to the Dr. and I'm not talking to BA, but I have cosmetic surgery and there are standard guidelines for medicine / herbal products two weeks. I think I read are the same guidelines for smoking, because smoking causes the blood flow problems. well.some doctors prefer three months, but some prefer six months. The more time you use it without smoking, the better, because the thing is, is that smoking is not bad that you can heal. Do not go back to smoking. Any idea what's bad for you? And why a woman has a breast implant? Breasts that are too large, do not look very good for me at least, here are ways to quit smoking, are very good advice I've heard about quitting. Hope that helps. Because the smoke to form the habit of putting something in his mouth, and always a cigarette. If you need something else to put in your mouth like candy. Have a mint every time you need a cigarette, the desire disappears somehow. Make sure you have plenty of water and nicotine washes with 48 to 72 hours. Say as much as any scientist has discovered. 6-8 cups per day. Make sure you have plenty of fresh air and exercise will help your brain recover Have faith. Think you can not do it again and again does not help .
