Board Plastic Surgeons

I have a consultation with a plastic surgeon on the 31st July. I wish him a mole removed relatively little face beside my foot. its about 3-4mm in size and grew up a little. It was much darker, but I had laser treatment a few times. The mole was repulsed, but much easier. It is not cancerous moles or something. I wonder if plastic surgeons know that these things are. I want to be cut from the pier, so it will never grow again because I also experienced very confident. Like.will plastic surgeon to know the depth of cut and other things?
